Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Services provided by Automations.link (NEW REALITY LLC) and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

We provide AI-driven marketing services. To protect our clients, our systems, and the platforms we work with, you agree to use the Services responsibly and lawfully.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the Services to create, promote, or distribute:

• Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content.
• Spam or unsolicited bulk email or SMS sent without a valid lawful basis or required consent.
• Malware, phishing, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.
• Content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
• Hateful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually exploitative material, or content that endangers minors.

3. Third-party platform rules

When we run campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or email and SMS providers, you must comply with those platforms' policies and applicable laws (including anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy, and TCPA where relevant).

4. Consent for email and SMS

You are responsible for ensuring that any contact lists used for email or SMS marketing were collected lawfully and with the required consent, and that recipients can opt out.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate Services, remove content, or report activity to authorities where appropriate.
