Affiliate Policy

This Affiliate Policy sets out the rules and payment terms for the Automations.link Affiliate Program, operated by NEW REALITY LLC.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate identity and bank account details for payment. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion.

2. Approved promotion

Promote Automations.link honestly and accurately. Where the law requires it (for example, FTC guidelines), clearly disclose your affiliate relationship.

3. Prohibited practices

• Spam or unsolicited messaging.
• Bidding on our brand terms in paid search without written permission.
• Self-referrals, fake leads, or any fraudulent activity.
• Promising results or guarantees that we have not authorized.

4. How commissions are earned

• Commissions are earned only on active, paying customers you referred who are on one of our monthly packages.
• You earn a commission every month for as long as that customer remains subscribed.
• A commission stops when the customer cancels. We may reverse commissions for any payment that is later refunded or charged back.

5. How and when we pay

• Bank transfer only. We do not pay by any other method.
• Commissions are paid at the end of each calendar month.
• All commissions you accrue during a month are paid at that month's end, regardless of when each customer subscribed.
• You are responsible for any taxes due on the commissions you receive.

6. Termination

We may suspend or end your participation, and withhold unpaid commissions, for any breach of this Policy. Either party may leave the program at any time; commissions stop once participation ends.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
