This Refund Policy applies to Services purchased from Automations.link (NEW REALITY LLC).

Nature of our Services

Our Services are digital and are typically delivered or begun immediately. Because work, AI processing, and third-party costs are committed once a project starts, fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

When refunds may apply

  • If we are unable to begin the Services you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund of the unused service fee.
  • If you cancel before any work has started, we will refund the service fee, minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.

What is not refundable

  • Advertising spend or fees already paid to third-party platforms.
  • Work already completed or in progress.
  • Setup, onboarding, or custom development that has commenced.

How to request a refund

Email info@automations.link with your order details and the reason for your request. We review eligible requests within a reasonable time and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
