Automations.link (NEW REALITY LLC) is committed to protecting the personal data of individuals in the European Union and European Economic Area in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

For most personal data we handle, NEW REALITY LLC acts as the data controller. When we process data on behalf of a client to deliver marketing services, we act as a data processor under that client's instructions.

2. Lawful bases for processing

We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis: performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interests, or compliance with a legal obligation.

3. Your rights under the GDPR

Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data.
Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.
Withdraw consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent.

4. Data processing agreements

For business clients, we are happy to enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that sets out our obligations as a processor. Email [email protected] to request one.

5. International transfers

Where personal data leaves the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Exercising your rights or making a complaint
